Write a letter to your body - thanking your body for what it does for you day to day e.g. walking, moving and breathing etc.
When you look in the mirror every day focus on the things that you love about your body e.g. I like my eyes or I like my hair - when your attention wanders to things you don’t like - bring them back to things you like about your body.
